When are the annual accounts and corporate tax return due?
The corporate income tax return and the annual financial statement for the previous year are due by 30 April. Deadlines depend on your business, so we confirm your own schedule with you.
What is the corporate income tax rate in Croatia?
10 % for companies with annual revenue up to 1,000,000 € and 18 % above that. When profit is paid out to the owners, tax on capital income is paid on top; how and when to pay out profit we plan together.
