What our clients say
5.0· 8 reviews on Google
“We're thrilled to work with the guys (the two Filips) at Lapis Lazuli Accounting. Before them, we changed two accounting firms in a short time because we couldn't find the right service, and we were also moving to e-računi.hr. The Filips took the load off us with their proactivity, clear guidance on all kinds of questions, their expertise of course, and their overall timeliness and availability. Full praise and a warm recommendation!”
“I'm extremely happy with Lapis Lazuli Accounting. Besides their expertise, reliability and clear, prompt communication, I'd especially point out that the LL team finds solutions quickly and suggests process improvements on their own initiative. I feel much lighter since I started working with them, and I'm glad I found partners who aren't just operators but advisors.”
“I haven't been working with them for long, but I can already say that, so far, they really work fast and professionally, and their answers come on time and are clear even for a layman like me!”

Questions about bookkeeping and VAT
Do I need to register for VAT?
It becomes mandatory once annual turnover exceeds 60,000 €. Registering voluntarily can pay off if your customers are mostly VAT-registered companies or you have larger investments. We calculate which is better for you.
When is the VAT return due?
The monthly VAT return for the previous month is due by the last day of the month, and Fiscalisation 2.0 e-reporting by the 20th. Deadlines depend on your business, so we confirm your own schedule with you.
Can documents and reports be in English?
Yes. All communication, documents and explanations can be in English.
Can you take over from my current accountant?
Yes. You sign with us and we handle the handover of documents with your previous accountant. The cleanest switch is at the start of a month or a year, but it can be done at any time.
How much does it cost?
Starting prices are 70 € per month for sole traders (obrt) and 130 € per month for companies (d.o.o., j.d.o.o.). The exact fee depends on the number of documents and employees and on whether you are in the VAT system. After a short call you receive a concrete quote, free and without obligation.
